Therapy
Therapy is personalised to align with your specific requirements. I predominantly operate within the cognitive framework, offering a range of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Counselling to address your unique needs effectively.
Fee for 50 minute appointment: $220 ($121.05 out of pocket with Medicare referral).
Concessions rates available based on circumstance. Inquire for more information.
Assessments
I am able to complete assessments for Autism and ADHD in adults. In some circumstances I am also able to complete these assessments for children, please inquire for more information.
Note: I am unable to complete full cognitive testing (i.e. intelligence and language testing).
What is not on offer
It is important to find the right kind of help. I am unable to treat the following conditions: schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, and substance use disorders.
